Steps:
1. Trace around the mirror onto the tray with marker. Cut out the circle with craft knife, making the opening at least 1/4” smaller than the mirror.
2. Cut gift wrap 1 inch larger than the tray. 
3. Glue gift wrap to the convex side of the tray, covering the edges and gluing to the other side. Cut slits in the paper where the circle opening is. Glue the paper around the edges and to the other side.
4. Punch holes in the tray with an ice pick, and attach beads and buttons with wire.
Attach mirror to the back-side of the tray, using double sided tap to complete.
