Steps:
1. Adhere 2 sheets of scrapbook paper back to back with spray adhesive.
2. Cut out cup and 5 tags, using cup template, cutting mat, and swivel knife.
Score the inside lines of the cup template, using the BACK side of craft the knife. Cut the cup away from the page at the connections, with craft knife. 
3. Punch a hole in the long tab on the bottom of the cup, and in the tags.
4. Fold the score lines of the cup, inward to form the cup. Adhere tabs with glue dots. 
5. Apply stickers; Love, Wisdom, Trust, Hope Joy, Faith, and Peace to cup and tags. Cut the prongs off the bradlets, and adhere to the tags and cup with glue dots.
6. Antique the edges of the cup and tags by rubbing gently with coordinating colors of chalk pads.
7. Tie ribbon to the inside of the cup, through the hole in the long tab at the bottom of the cup. String the tags onto the ribbon 3 inches apart, knotting each one. Thread the crystal charm to the end of the ribbon and tie into a knot.
