Pattie’s Pointer: Not only is this a good idea for creating bags for your bubbly drinks, but a housewarming gift of infused vinegar, or bubble bath is a welcome surprise!

Steps:
1. Lay bottle on the sleeve, with the neck at the cuff or wrist. Leave room at the bottom for ease, and mark with a straight pin. Lay the bottle aside.
2. Cut the sleeve at the mark, straight across.
3. Turn the sleeve inside out, and lay flat.
4. Turn up the top edge and pin it down. Apply a line of hot glue all the way across the cut edge. Unpin the top edge and let it lay on top of the glue, pressing with your fingers. When it is no longer hot to the touch, it is dry.
5. Turn the bag right side out, and insert the bottle.
6. Tie the top of the bag with decorative ribbon to finish.
