Steps:
1. Paint candle holders with spray paint in a well ventilated area. (Preferably outside.) Let dry thoroughly.
2. Cut gold wire into an 8 inch length.
3. Knot wire onto candle holder at base. 
4. Thread 6 or 7 beads onto wire and then twist around stem of candle holder. Thread 6 or 7 more beads onto wire and then twist end of wire around base of candle holder. Trim off wire if necessary.
5. Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 at base of candle holder. 
6. Cut 4 inch length of gold wire. Twist wire around candle holder, at the top of the stem.
7. Cut 10 inch length of gold wire. Twist loosely around circular wire at base of candle holder.
8. Repeat wire and beads technique on the other 2 candle holders.
