Steps:
1. Draw on the box with a pencil, around the edge of the lid to mark where to apply caulking, so that the lid will still fit when you complete the project.

2. Squeeze caulking onto paper plate, then drop a few drops of paint into it, and stir with craft stick.

3. Apply tinted caulking to edges of box base, up to the marked line. Smooth the caulking onto box, and set aside to dry.

4. Cover the top of the box with caulking. Set over a cup or tumbler to dry.

5. Place gift inside box, and tie ribbon around box and tie into a large bow.

6. Tuck paper roses into the bow.
