Steps:
1. Paint the straw hat with red spray paint, in a well ventilated area, preferably outdoors. Let dry. Spray again if necessary, and let dry.

2. Tie ribbon around brim of hat, leaving 12 inch tails. Trim in a “V”. Make a loopy bow, tied with wire. Hot glue to the brim above the tails.

3. Insert alphabet conchos into crown of hat to read your choice of wording. Make it something fun!

4. Hot glue miniature garden tools into bow. String onto thin rope if desired.

5. Hot glue purple flowers into bow. Add pair of cardinals on the hat to complete.
