Steps:
1. Fold placemat into thirds, as desired for the depth of your purse.

2. Sew the sides with a top-stitch, backstitching to secure.

3. Adhere ribbon and trims with double-sided adhesive tape.

4. Pin rosette to the front, or add buttons or appliqués to embellish.

5. Add sticky back Velcro closure, if desired.

6. Pin or sew tassel to the bag, if desired.
