Designed by Pattie Donham

Supplies:
Wooden Frame with large surface
Krylon Silver Spray Paint
Silver Tissue Paper
Permanent Spray Adhesive
Craft Knife (with new blade)
Self-Healing Cutting Mat
Hammer & Nails
Silver Beads
Charms

Steps:

1. Paint the entire frame with silver spray paint, in a well-ventilated area.
2. Cut tissue paper 4 inches larger than the size of the frame.
3. Crush the tissue paper into a ball, then open back up, leaving the tissue wrinkled, but not entirely flat.
4. Spray the front of the frame with spray adhesive.
5. Lay the frame onto the center of the wrinkled tissue paper.
6. Lay the frame face down on a self-healing mat. Cut away the extra tissue paper with a craft knife. Smooth edges of tissue with fingers to finish. (If the blade becomes too sticky, clean with WD-40 )
7. Place a bead and a charm onto a nail, and hammer into the corner of the frame. Hammer another bead & charm 1 inch from it. Repeat the process in the opposite corner of the frame.
