Steps:

1. Lay crafting plastic over pattern and trace with permanent marker.
2. Cut tissue paper the same size as the crating plastic. Adhere tissue paper to crafting plastic, and add a coat of glue over tissue, being careful not to tear the tissue. Let dry.
3. Cut out the shade and tag, inside the tracing lines.
4. Adhere ends of shade together with double side adhesive tape.
5. Cut slits in shade for brads. Insert brads in slits.
6. Draw swirls and words with silver marker on shade and tag.
7. Sit shade on top of wine glass, and add tag with wire & beads.
8. Add tea light, and never leave unattended when lit.
