Supplies:
Craft Foam
Chenille Stems
Assorted sizes of Pompoms
Google Eyes
Clear Craft Glue
Ruler
Scissors
Marker
Hole Punch

Steps:
1. Cut craft foam into strips, 1-inch by 13 inches.
2. Punch holes at 1-1/2 inch intervals.
3. Wrap a chenille stem around the center of a large pompom, and twist to hold in place, to form the head of the inchworm.
4. Thread the chenille stem in and out of the holes in the foam strip.
5. Bend the chenille stem around the end of the foam strip to hold.
6. Cut a chenille stem in half. Fold it in half to form antennae. Glue into the large pompom.
7. Glue small pompoms to the ends of the antennae.
8. Glue googlie eyes to the head, and add a medium pompom for a nose.

PattieWack Pointer: What a fun project for a rainy day, snow day or a party activity! You can think of other things to use instead of the chenille stems to thread through the craft foam body, such as:
Licorice Strips
Candy Canes
Pencils
Pixie Sticks
