Before you start, use your computer photo application to enlarge a picture of the birthday person's face to an 8 x 10 image, and print out as many as you will need for masks, bags, and the banner.
Surprise Birthday Masks

Supplies:
PattieWack Box Blanks
8 x 10 inch photo of the Birthday Person's Face
Spray Adhesive
Scissors
Hole Punch (1/4 inch)
Large Tongue Depressors
Terrifically Tacky Tape

For the Banner you will need:
Tape
Yarn or Twine

For the Bags you will need:
Gift Bags

Surprise Birthday Mask Steps:
1. Adhere printed photos to box blanks (or poster board) with spray adhesive.
2. Cut around the edges of the face with scissors.
3. Punch out the eyes with a hole punch, or with a sharp pencil.
4. Attach masks to the tongue depressors with double sided adhesive tape.


Birthday Banner:

1. Print out enough faces for a banner.
2. Lay the paper face down and tape the twine to the top of the back, continuing to tape as many as you need to create a banner.
3. Hang the completed banner across the room with tacks.


Birthday Bags:

1. Cut around the edge of the printed faces.
2. Adhere to gift bags with spray adhesive.
