Supplies:
6 x 9-inch Clipboard
1 pkg. Aleene'sŪ Iron-On Rhinestones
8 - 8 inch lengths of Assorted Ribbons to tie to the clip (black, white, pink)
6 x 8 inch sheet of Scrapbook Paper (pink & white Paisley or Damask )
1 Aleene'sŪ Iron-On (Angel in Disguise or Little Miss Everything)
5 x 5 inch square of Fabric (solid pink or pink/white stripes)
12 inches of Ribbon to glue to the board)
Aleene'sŪ Instant Decoupage Glue (MATTE)
Aleene'sŪ Tacky Glue

Steps:
1. Cut ribbon into 8-inch length and iron rhinestones to the ends. Tie ribbons to the clip.
2. Cut out scrapbook paper to size, and decoupage onto the top of the clipboard.
3. Cut a 5 x 5 inch fabric square. Iron the iron-on onto fabric, rub lightly with a chalkboard eraser to absorb the heat, and then peel away the paper.
4. Fringe the edges of the fabric, and decoupage it over the paper.
5. Cut 12-inches of ribbon and iron rhinestones on randomly. Glue ribbon across the designs on the clipboard with tacky glue.
